I am so sad

Depression is classified in a number of ways. The types of depression that this test looks for are: major depression, bipolar disorder, cyclothymia (a milder form of bipolar), dysthymia (or chronic depression), postpartum depression, and seasonal affective disorder or SAD. I am so sad - those words cry out for help.


The feelings they express do not refer to a mil momentary unhappiness, but more to the intense grief, caused by a loss, or a disappointment. Because I feel like crying most of the time, I’ve shifted my focus from feeling to doing.

I am ever reminded how amazing and powerful women are at making life and at healing. But I sleep and eat decently and I also can smile or laugh sometimes. Am I depressed or just sad ? Is it normal to not want to get better?
