Sleep deprivation symptoms

Symptoms tend to be worse at night because of the lack of natural light. During night time hours, your body signals the brain that it’s time to sleep. As the number of hours of sleep - deprivation continues, symptoms get progressively worse.

Other signs and symptoms include an irregular sleep and wake cycle and difficulty falling asleep.
