How to overcome feelings of sadness? What are the symptoms of sadness? Why am feeling such deep sadness?
It would be so nice if the medication worked immediately, rather than having such a long lag time. We’ve all experienced it and we all will again.
Sadness is a normal human emotion. In other words, we tend to feel sad about something. Depression isn’t just an occasional feeling of being sad or lonely, like most people experience from time to time.

Feeling Overwhelmed From Anxiety : Physically. Which brings us to another issue that many people find overwhelming : physical symptoms. Depression often comes with a lack of energy and an overwhelming feeling of fatigue, which can be among the most debilitating symptoms of depression.
This could lead to excessive sleeping. Depression is also linked with insomnia, as one might lead to the other and vice versa. They can also make each other worse. It can feel as if it’s impossible to experience enthusiasm or energy, instead feeling a heavy sense of low mood.
It can happen to anyone with long term anxiety,. SIGNS YOU ARE EMOTIONALLY OVERWHELMED. Emotional overwhelm occurs when the intensity of your feelings outmatches your ability to manage them.
An individual is most likely to be overwhelmed by negative emotions, such as anger, fear, or guilt. However, people experiencing mania can be overwhelmed by euphoria.
The heaviness of deep sadness becomes a lightness, an aliveness, that is grounded and rich. There is a deep wisdom in that joy. We remember the people in our lives who have done their grieving work.
Remember, depression and other mental health conditions are nothing to be ashamed of. Telling someone you are struggling is the first step toward feeling better.
