Hypomania anxiety

How to identify a hypomanic episode? What are the hypomania treatment options? What is the difference between anxiety and anxiousness? However, hypomania can be a severely distressing state and coping with the anxiety , agitation, anger , and irritability that accompany this state is vital to restoring emotional wellness and improving your quality of life.


Bipolar is typically associated with having highs and lows such as the mood that would follow would be depression but not always.

They also can experience an episode of mania or hypomania. All this points out to me that with all we know about Bipolar Disorder there is still a lot more we don’t know and a lot more research is needed in this area. What was said about the low to mild ranges of hypomania is completely true.


I also want to mention that hypomania is a symptom of an illness, not an illness in and of itself.
