Depression head pressure

One type of headache is a tension headache, and tension headaches typically cause you to have a pain that feels like there is band of tightness or pressure around your head. Based on the location of the pressure and pain, a doctor can start to make a diagnosis on what’s causing the problem. But I’ve noticed that some of the time, when I have easy things to do, it distracts me from my own thoughts, and I feel a little bit better for the time being.


Yet if it gets too busy or I can’t get the easy things done, the heaviness in my head returns. I don’t enjoy being like this. The same thing which causes your heart rate to increase and your body to sweat also can cause pressure on your head , as well as migraines and headaches.
