Feeling depressed and alone

Don’t let yourself fall into the trap of believing that loneliness is forever. Like all feelings, loneliness is impermanent and it does not define who you are. This might be a good thing!

Feeling lonely can plague many people — including the elderly, people who are isolate and those with depression — with symptoms such as sadness, isolation, and withdrawal.
