Having an anxiety attack

How to stop anxiety quickly? What do you do if someone is having an anxiety attack? How do you calm yourself during an anxiety attack? Can person have anxiety symptoms without actally having an attack?


Focus on breathing slowly and deeply until you feel more calm and relaxed. You can experience both an anxiety and a panic attack at the same time. Once an anxiety attack begins, it can be difficult to stop it in its tracks as the physical effects are already in motion.
