What do you do when you get depressed as an INFJ? Most of the time when i get depressed i tend to think alot about suicide and plot how i would do such a thing. Usually im quite impulsive so i wouldnt do it unless i was really driven to the edge. Thats when some people start thinking too much. One day they may have a breakdown when it surfaces.
