Mild manic depression

What is mild depression really is and what can help? What does manic depression feel like? Can manic depression be cured?


In cyclothymic disorder, moods swing between short periods of mild depression and hypomania , an elevated mood. Bipolar disorder was formerly called manic depression.

Most people have heard of bipolar disorder ( manic depressive disorder), where individuals experience cycles of highs and lows (mania and depression ).
