Feeling sad after delivery

Sometimes I get chills after eating which I dont think are related to my mental state. I didn’t have milk for one week after delivery.

Because when you eat blood has to travel to your stomach to digest the food. Some of this blood travels from your brain (and everywhere else in your body) which might you temporarily lose some of your cognitive functions. Having a baby is one of the most joyous events that life has to offer. It’s such a special time that many people love the experience. However, it can also be a very confusing time in life.
