Increasing the number of good bacteria in your gastrointestinal tract will also help cure diarrhea.


While there are some vomit and diarrhea triggers that you can’t prevent or even detect, you can generally prevent both as long as you pay attention and follow certain rules: Do not allow your dog to scavenge around garbage or outside. That’s the main way that dog’s get garbage gut. Norovirus , also called the winter vomiting bug, is a stomach bug that causes vomiting and diarrhoea.

Check if you have norovirus. It can be very unpleasant, but usually goes away in about days.
