What to tell someone who is feeling down

No matter why they’re depresse sa or unmotivated to do much of anything, one thing is certain — it’s a tough feeling to experience. This can show up in physical insecurities or not feeling comfortable speaking up in class. If you can sincerely tell your friend about all the ways that they matter to you and others, this can help them realize that they have value and worth.


Sometimes, number isn’t so easy, though. That’s why we came up with things you can do when you’re not feeling your best to get that smile back on your face.

Once anxiety hits, it encompasses your entire body, and it is challenging to calm down , both mentally and physically.
