What to do if you think your friend is depressed

I have not been through a breakup or anything like that but I do know what depression feels like. You should try busying yourself so you are not always thinking about her! Try going out with friends to the movies, mall anywhere.

Dealing with someone that has a mental illness can be really hard and honestly, it is an uphill battle most of the time. My husband has a mental illness and it is very frustrating.
