What to do when your depression is really bad

I feel so isolated at times when the depression is bad but knowing that I am not alone and other people suffer like I do for some reason really gets me through it.

It’s there to remind you on the best day of your entire life, depression will deliberately make the following day your worst. It infects every bit of you like a self-fed poison you can’t even control. Depression are the lies it tries to get you to believe about your life.
