Morning depression symptoms

What is morning depression and its causes? How severe depression symptoms will kill you? Is severe insomnia a typical symptom?


Symptoms may include: trouble waking up and getting out of bed in the morning. Depression upon waking up is described by sufferers as deep sadness , a lack of desire starting the day, a lack of motivation, unexplained unhappiness , heaviness and a desire to sleep as much as possible.
