How to talk to depressed people

How to tell if someone you know is depressed? How do you make depressed people happy? Sometimes people will say, ‘Oh, you’re depressed ? Yeah, I’ve been depressed ,’ and you realize just the way they say it.


As with anything else, the key first step in aiding someone suffering from depression is learning all you can about the disorder. The only way to truly help someone suffering from the condition is by understanding the ins and outs of the problems it presents, and at least attempting to understand.
