Luckily, I have found two steps to help you stop feeling sad , depresse and anxious. It basically works for all negative emotions you may be feeling , at any time. Before we get into these two steps, you should understand something about sadness, depression, and anxiety.


The truth about these emotions. They are created by YOUR continued thoughts. Five years ago, I was in these emotional states almost constantly. If I was alone with nothing in particular to occupy myself with, I would feel sad for no identifiable reason. While many women experience the “baby blues” in the first two weeks after having a baby (worry, sadness and tiredness), these symptoms usually resolve on their own.


So what causes anxiety, depression and the feeling of being overwhelmed? I am years old and this could hopefully be my last year in college. When the semester started I began feeling really anxious and scare I could not concentrate in class. People with SAD have a persistent, intense, and chronic fear of being watched and judged by others and of being embarrassed or humiliated by their own actions. You can think about a wise, strategic response to the situation, or you can make a decision to tolerate the discomfort and act anyway, because it’s worth feeling anxious so you don’t act like.


You might even do things that unwittingly fuel your anxiety. It just depends on your mood. Firstly, do you live on your own or with your family still and how strong is that relationship?
