What does feeling depressed feel like

Those who have depression cannot simply decide to stop feeling depressed. Trust me – you really don’t want to know. Depression is not hiding in your room and weeping all day.


No, it is not like this. It is a certain feeling of emptiness and purposelessness. The problem is that you got stuck in a middle condition.

I love the feeling of being depressed. What does depression feel like? Probably not what you think.


Most people think of clinical depression as just being sa but there are actually many more depression symptoms, and you probably haven’t heard of a lot of them before. When you’re depressed , it can feel like there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. But there are many things you can do to lift and stabilize your mood.


Well,all day, every day, life is like this. Anxiety about what you said.

Fear that you said something wrong. I was on top of the world would quickly decline into depression. I was near death for what felt like forever. FEELING ABANDONED When Clinically Depressed.

You feel sluggish and physically exhausted. Even small tasks are tiring or take longer than normal to complete. Lack of interest in day to day activities. Recovering from depression takes time and money.

When feeling depressed , most people want to sit around the house and do nothing, but this can actually worsen depression. Knowing how to feel better when depressed involves learning about depression, knowing yourself and understanding what works for you. It feels like you’re all alone and no matter what’s said to you, you feel like it’s not true or doesn’t matter. When at it’s worst, I feel like I’m drowning in the middle of an entire ocean, and ‘death’ is a floating raft.


Thing is, depression symptoms can be a lot more subtle than that, manifesting not just with.
