What to do when you feel depressed and hopeless

How to overcome your feelings of hopelessness? What do you do when all life seems hopeless?

Our lives are all worth something. But feeling that you’re worthless, again, is a sign of serious depression: melancholia. Women are much sadder than men ( percent vs 1 percent). This is because women bear worse than men the burden of loss,. And that just adds to your depression and hopelessness.

A person who is feeling hopeless may exhibit moods that are dark and low. They may also lose interest in prior activities, events,. If you feel hopeless it’s not because there’s no hope at all in your life.
