Feeling sad for no reason

Why do I suddenly feel so sad without any reason? Is it normal to feel sad for no reason? How can a person be depressed for no reason? What does it mean to be sad? Feeling Sad When You Wake Up.

We just cannot seem to put our finger on the origin of the sad feeling. No , it is not normal to feel sad for no reason at all. Never let yourself be sad for no reason.
