Low iron depression and anxiety

Not getting enough iron from your diet, or having a condition that restricts its absorption, can result in psychological problems such as iron deficiency depression , reduced cognitive function, and impaired growth and development in children. Anemia generally occurs when there is a lack of specific vitamins in the body. Iron is the most common, but you can be anemic if you don’t have enough Vitamin B1 Magnesium, Folic Acid and more. Many different vitamin deficiencies can lead to anemia. Anemia itself can also cause anxiety as a symptom.
